I listen to and respect a unique territory, on the border between the red earth of the Karst and the sandstone of the Breg. A territory characterized by a particular microclimate, with strong temperature variations that give great freshness to my wines. I produce 7 of them, emphasizing the local varieties. It is no coincidence that I placed the hives in the vineyards, since they tell the story of my production philosophy: bees are indicators of a healthy environment, where nature dictates the rhythms and shows the way. It is a working philosophy that I inherited from my father and grandfather: fermentation in open vats, maceration on the skins for 3 – 4 days, unselected natural yeasts and maturation in the family’s 300-year-old cellar. Each year expresses the true nature of the wine, it tells a story written by nature itself.
