Vinified according to tradition, with fermentation in open vats without temperature control, indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 4 days. Followed by steel and aging for 6 months in the bottle. A fragrant, decisive and full wine, with excellent flavor and freshness. To be served at 14° – 15° degrees to enhance its tastes.
