Cacovich

Its name derives from the Stena wind, a characteristic breeze of the area that descends every evening from the mountain above Longera, bringing fresh air on summer days. A white blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Ribolla and Sauvignon produced from an ancient family vineyard where, as per tradition, the vines that were thought to fit well together were planted.
